Trent was born in Lufkin, Texas just north of Houston, and has worked in the restaurant industry for 15 years. His career began an at Chick Fil A where he was responsible for the busiest drive thru in the country. He is currently the Director of Operations and Owner at Five 12 Restaurant Concepts. In his spare time, Trent enjoys indoor skydiving, going to Longhorn Football games, traveling, watching movies, and generally experiencing life with his wife Caress and daughter Collins Mae.
It is the mission of the Texas Restaurant Association to serve as the advocate in Texas and indispensable resource for the hospitality and foodservice industry.
