9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. - ServSafe Food Handler Course. Materials and exam included.
9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. - ServSafe Food Manager Course. Materials and exam included.

3:30 p.m. - ServSafe Manager Proctored Exam

Day 2, March 29

9:30 - 11:30 a.m. - Leadership workshop (covers leadership, harassment, culture and service).
