This session will help you plan for addressing, or NOT addressing, allergies and special dietary needs. How can you accommodate guests? Where do you draw the line? How do you navigate the differences between a guest's preference and a guest's need? Are there situations where you should refuse to provide for an allergy-need? All are questions to be discussed in this seminar. Then enjoy a beer and some refreshments at the college afterwards.
