Food in Fashion

Feb 15, 2017

Attend Food in Fashion at 3015 at Trinity Groves, where you will enjoy a great party, witness some delicious fashions, and help feed the future with talented restaurant professionals.

6:00pm - 8:00pm

Ten emerging fashion designers will partner with ten restaurants to create fashions for ten models in a Project Runway-like show. Ten percent or more of each fashion must come out of the restaurant ... whether edible or not.

The Dallas ISD Board of Trustees will team with Dallas ISD high school culinary career students and prepare appetizers in a friendly little Chopped-like competition.

Offering appetizers, drinks, a silent auction, DJ, and a delicious fashion show, proceeds from this reception benefit the Texas Restaurant Association Education Foundation and its Texas ProStart culinary career program (where we are cultivating the next generation of restaurateurs) which is offered in Dallas ISD high schools.

Cocktail attire ... but go ahead and garnish your look with something from the kitchen.
