Teams of Texas ProStart high school students compete in culinary and restaurant management to showcase their skills and creativity. The top 12 teams from regionals compete to determine who will represent Texas at the National ProStart Invitational. For more information visit the Texas ProStart website.

Competition Format

Day 1 | 1:00 - 5:00 pm

Culinary teams begin competition with product check in. Management teams check in display boards and other materials.

Day 2 | 7:30 - 6:30 pm

All teams compete while being scored by volunteer judges who are industry professionals.
