Teams of Texas ProStart high school students compete in culinary and restaurant management to showcase their skills and creativity. In each regional the top 6 teams from each category qualify to compete in the Texas State ProStart Invitational. First place teams in the culinary and management competitions move on to compete at the National ProStart Invitational. For more information visit the Texas ProStart website.

- Round Rock Regional Invitational: Saturday & Sunday, February 11-12, 2017 | Cedar Ridge High School
- State Invitational: Friday & Saturday, March 24-25, 2017 | St. Philip's College - San Antonio
Day 1 | 1:00 - 5:00 pm
Culinary teams begin competition with product check in. Management teams check in display boards and other materials.
Day 2 | 7:30 - 6:30 pm
