COVID-19 Update: Bexar County Executive Order

Bexar County Executive Order NW-10

Latest Update: June 18, 2020

Dear Members,
Below, I have attached the “new version” of the Texas Restaurant Promise to include face coverings in order to comply with Judge Wolff’s Executive Order from yesterday.
Please note that this Executive Order goes into effect on Monday, June 22, 2020, and is requiring that all businesses place the “face covering” policy at the front entrance (Executive Order attached). Judge Wolff has approved of the Texas Restaurant Promise being that policy document.

  • As, stated in the Executive Order, all employees and customers of all industries are required to wear a face covering when not eating and drinking. New face covering ordinance goes into effect on June 22.
  • COVID-19 Health and Safety Plan - the Texas Restaurant Promise
    • These are the guidelines you should follow and share with staff and guests.

Please let me know if you have any questions, or need additional information. As always, I am here to help!
